Every step of a UAE show, from exhibit list to re-export. Temporary-import rules are built into the plan from the first day, not fixed at the border.

On the stand before the doors open

Our exhibition logistics division covers the full exhibitor and organizer requirement: crating, freight, customs, storage, delivery to the venue, on-site handling and the return journey, all planned as one schedule.

  1. 01 · Before the show (−4 to −1 wks)

    Planned from your exhibit list.

    • Freight by air, sea and road

    • Statutory port and airport charges
    • Storage before the show

    Ends: cargo cleared, −1 wk

  2. 02 · At the venue (show week)

    From move-in to move-out.

    • Transport and delivery to site
    • On-site handling
    • Labor and 3 t forklifts
    • Supervision by our representative
    • Removal and storage of empty cases

    Ends: move-out complete

  3. 03 · After the show (move-out to +2 wks)

    Exhibits home, paperwork closed.

    • Return of empty cases
    • Collection to port, airport or storage
    • Re-export documentation
    • Delivery back to origin

    Ends: re-export filed, +2 wks

Bringing exhibits into the UAE · as of October 2026

  • 2011

    ATA Carnet

    Accepted in the UAE since 2011 and issued by Dubai Chambers.

  • 6 months

    Carnet re-export limit

    Carnet goods must leave the UAE within six months.

  • 3 gateways

    Entry points

    Jebel Ali port, DXB airport and the land borders, under carnet or temporary admission.

  • Final imports

    Duty-paid items

    Giveaways, brochures and food samples pay duty, with a real value on the invoice.
